All packages are shipped by US Priority Mail. In the cooler months, September through April, we ship Monday though Friday. Normally, (excluding times of very high volume such as around the holidays), we can process and ship the orders the same day for orders received by noon eastern standard time. For example a package shipped on Monday would be received no later than Thursday.

During the warmer months, May through August, we only ship overnight to avoid aesthetic damage to the apple.

We only ship within the 48 contiguous states

We DO NOT ship to PO, APO/FPO Boxes.

Should an item not meet the customer's satisfaction, we will offer a credit, excluding shipping charges.
