Richland Gourmet Apples does not have a store front. We are an online business.

What are your hours?

We receive orders 24 hours daily.

Can I order for pick-up?

All orders will be shipped no matter where you live.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Please feel free to give us a call if you are not satisfied with your order. We do not offer refunds, but may replace your apple, depending on the circumstance. If a replacement is given for a shipped apple, the cost of shipment for the replacement apple will be billed again at the customer’s expense.

Do you offer gluten free, vegan apples & sugar free apples?

Currently we do not.

If I have a nut-allergy can I eat apples from Richland Gourmet Apples?

Our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and there is the possibility of cross contamination. We strongly advise our customers with gluten, dairy, nut, peanut, or any food allergy to err on the side of caution.

How Long Will My Apples Last?

Our gourmet caramel apples will last up to 2 – 3 weeks if refrigerated. For the ultimate experience, let your apple reach room temperature before slicing,



How do you ship apples and what days do you ship?

Our apples are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival! All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 1-4 days. Orders shipped to Kentucky addresses take 1-3 days. However, if your order is delayed, the caramel apples are not immediately perishable and may be completely fine after an hour in your refrigerator. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at 502 387-9340, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently do not ship outside the US.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Apartments?

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A correct physical address is very important. Once the delivery is confirmed by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package. To ensure delivery double check the address for your order.



Do you accept Corporate Orders?
